- Call and session data: caller/callee phone numbers, call direction, language pair, timestamps, duration, call status, and technical signaling metadata.
- Audio/video and transcript data: call media and generated transcript/translation segments needed to provide interpretation features.
- Billing and payment data: wallet balances, transaction history, pricing context, and payment method metadata from our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).
- Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, logs, crash diagnostics, IP address, and security events.
